Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 65 days. If 65 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing);
  • you receive the wrong item;
  • defective and faulty items.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Several types of goods are exempt from refund and return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not refund products that are intimate, sanitary goods, health and personal care items and undergarments.

*In most cases we don’t require our customers to return items to get a refund or a replacement, we may ask for a video or image of the defected product as proof, however for some products return is necessary to help us improve the service and the quality of our products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 5 days.

Shipping and Return

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid parcels being lost.
